Payment reimbursement ensures you receive funds collected from ticket sales promptly and transparently. Bookerrrr handles payments through a centralized current account, simplifying the process for event organizers like you.
1. Provide Account Details
Before listing your event on Bookerrrr, share your bank account details with us. This allows us to set up seamless transfers.
2. Payments Collection
All ticket payments flow into Bookerrrr's centralized account during the event booking period.
3. Post-Event Reimbursement
Once your event concludes, we generate a reimbursement invoice. You'll receive the collected amount minus platform charges and applicable VAT—typically within 3 working days.
